Amazon is looking for a customer-focused, detail-oriented, experienced Program Manager in Global Transportation Services. As a Program Manager, you will be responsible for defining and implementing projects to create solutions that meet our customers' needs while satisfying performance and budget goals in EU.

Responsibilities:
· Manage all elements of projects, including organizing and planning, estimating, managing resources, tracking and controlling projects, managing risk & opportunity, managing quality, communicating & documenting, and change management
· Identify and own all project requirements; evaluate and manage to simplify current working procedures
· Lead the coordination with business and technical teams
· Create, maintain, and disseminate project information to VP-level stakeholders and management; including identifying potential bottlenecks, overlapping work areas or other project risks
· Lead the development of key metrics and performance indicators to measure overall performance and provide foundation for continuous improvement

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

· Several years' experience in a similar senior role, ideally in a fast-paced industrial, logistics, production/manufacturing
· Results-oriented approach with the tenacity to drive ideas independently from ideation to successful completion and to thrive in fast-paced environment
· Ability to recognize gaps in change management, workflows, and operational processes and procedures. Outstanding problem solving ability and technical aptitude. Ability to develop creative and scalable solutions independently
· Strong oral and written communication skills - able to communicate effectively with senior management, tech teams and international stakeholders. Ability to influence others and help drive decisions without being political
· High ability to deal with ambiguity, excellent organizational skills to manage scope of requirements and prioritize effectively, to multitask and to work with tight deadlines in fast-paced environment
· Business fluency in English (additional EU language is a plus)

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

· Proven Project Management experience in a related industry
· Master's degree (or similar)
· Experience using and teaching Six Sigma and statistical problem solving methods
· Startup experience
