Amazon Operations Technology IT (OpsTech IT) is seeking a strong program manager that will be responsible for developing the core structure and process for OpsTech IT business review cadence, feedback and delivery mechanisms to our partners and customers. You will be collaborating with teams globally to extract and articulate the opportunities and goals regarding our people and services. You will work with cross-functional leaders and technical experts and teams to communicate progress against our delivery to committed goals and vision. This leader will work closely with Customer leadership, Partners, Sr Management, Program Management, Service delivery managers and communication program management that are driving solutions and results. You will have the opportunity to develop future looking mechanisms to improve bidirectional partneships and continuous improvement.

The ideal candidate will have outstanding business acumen with comfort working with technical teams and systems. You must have the capability to create and present whitepapers for senior executives, and align goals and roadmaps of OpsTech IT to the objectives and benefits to our Customers. You will be able to prioritize well, communicate clearly, and consistently deliver results. You will communicate to stakeholders our ability to solve their complex technical problems with simple, innovative and practical solutions with the to-date results and projections. Successful candidates will be comfortable requesting quantitative and financial results from teams and leaders, and dive deep to raise the bar. The candidate will be flexible with changes while maintaining a high level of professionalism with executive leaders and team members. They will be a self-starter comfortable with ambiguity, highly analytical and have strong attention to detail.

About the Organization:
OpsTech IT deploys, manages and scales the IT infrastructure and technology solutions to deliver what Amazon customers buy online. Our scope includes remote and onsite IT support for Amazon's global fulfillment centers, transportation (Middle Mile, Last Mile/Amazon Logistics and delivery stations) and specialty customer solutions (Amazon Fresh, Prime Now, Lockers, Pantry and Amazon Campus). We also provide Amazon Fulfilment Technology, Amazon Robotics, Air Gateway and Real Estate/ Construction partners with the equipment and software to facilitate new business integrations and enable Amazon's rapid global expansion. We are currently responsible for supporting over 1,450 global locations with 2,895 team members in 22 countries.

· Partner with team members and leadership on strategic document writing and delivery
· Develop trust-based relationships with key stakeholders, partners, and customers
· Convey operational status to multiple levels of the organization at the appropriate level of detail and clarity
· Ensure clear communication and coordination of actions and feedback from the business and team
· Drive accountability among various team units to ensure follow-through on prioritized customer feedback
· Provide overall stakeholder management and program progress reporting on a regular basis
· Lead the continual development, tracking, and implementation of OpsTech IT results to our customers
· Establish business processes and policies as well as metrics and indicators for success
· Drive business management processes and develop efficiencies in process


· Proven experience with VP-level business review writing; preferred Amazon WBR, MBR, QBR experience. Samples required
· Ability to translate large amounts of data into useful information and actionable priorities
· Highly articulate, persuasive written communicator
· Strong bias for action; ability to create a sense of urgency in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with cross functional teams
· Ability to establish credibility and work with key internal partners to get things done
· Track record for being detail-oriented with a demonstrated ability to self-motivate and follow-through on projects
· Effective team player with solid interpersonal skills and the ability to effectively organize and communicate
· Bachelor's degree with emphasis in business, engineering, operations or related field work equivalent is required
· 5+ years in program management or operations role in a relevant industry
· 3+ years' experience influencing executives, managers, and business leaders to drive change and business improvement
· Proven ability to meet tight deadlines, prioritize competing demands in an ambiguous environment
· Ability to work independently with limited general supervision.
· Ability to prioritize and understand constraints and meeting customer expectations
· Expert in Word, Excel, Powerpoint
· Ability to travel 10-20% domestic or international


· MBA preferred
· Technical experience/background
· PMP (Program Management Professional) Certification desired
· Proficient with WIKI, Sharepoint, Adobe (Photoshop, illustrator), HTML, Storyline, Camtasia, PDF editors
· Skilled in Project/Program management software; Knowledge Management tools and Survey tools and analytics- (Qualtrics, Net Promoter Score methodology)
