This On-Road Integration Manager will be responsible for designing and owning systems, tools and models required to expand our on-road operations for now and the future in line with Amazon sustainability goals. Ensuring that we consider real estate, infrastructure, logistics of having vans and drivers in the right place at the right time and the tools required to do this. The ideal candidate is passionate about data and analytics and relishes the challenge of highly complex technical initiatives. The candidate is a self-starter, comfortable with ambiguity, is detail-oriented, and enjoys working in a fast-paced team that continuously learns and evolves on a day to day basis.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

· Adapt on road delivery modes/design to regional opportunities where they will exist today or in the future (driving processes, tracking mechanisms, improvement in service time)
· Design and implement data models which are required to electric fleet operations
· Drive on-road programs which help the expansion of the EV operations.
· Support the delivery of climate pledge goals for AMZL final mile fleet
· Innovate on-road operations with safety as the no.1 tenet.
· Support the delivery of climate pledge goals for AMZL final mile fleet
· Possesses a broad technical background and has the ability to "roll up their sleeves" and jump in if needed, along with managing
· Contributes to short-term and long-term strategic planning with business goals in mind
· Work independently in a fast-paced and rapidly changing environment

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

· Bachelor's degree in (Industrial) Engineering, Supply Chain, Operations, Business Administration or Logistics
· Experience in a similar project management or deployment role, ideally in fast-paced industrial, logistics or production/manufacturing environment
· Excellent Project Management skills leading and interacting with cross-functional teams
· Proven experience in project management and implementation with proven ability to design workable solutions and drive projects to successful implementation
· Detail oriented: accuracy is essential.
· Hands-on experience with medium to high complexity SQL queries
· Advanced proficiency in MS Excel and the MS Office package
· Strong verbal and written communication skills in both native and English language

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

· Knowledge of at least one other EU language (French, German, Italian or Spanish advantageous
