This On-Road Integration Program Manager will be responsible for developing innovative solutions and processes required to help scale our last mile fleet to achieve Amazon's sustainability goals. You will be driving projects that require coordination across real estate, procurement, sustainability, fleet, engineering, ACES and Delivery Service Partners (DSP) teams and external stakeholders.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
· Design innovative solutions that will scale our sustainable last mile fleet operations, with safety as our no.1 tenet
· Drive people, process, and technology initiatives to optimize the scaling of our electric van's fleet
· Deliver end-to-end projects, working through the many obstacles along the way across multiple teams and organizations.
· Use business analytics and intelligence to provide insight to all relevant stakeholders to create and drive the scaling of our electric van's fleet
· Contributes to short-term and long-term strategic planning with business goals in mind
· Work independently in a fast-paced and rapidly changing environment
· Possesses a broad technical background and has the ability to "roll up their sleeves" and jump in if needed
**This role can be based in any EU Delivery Station or Corporate Office**


· Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
· Previous experience in a business development role
· Experience managing large scale projects in a project management or deployment role, ideally in an industrial, logistics or production/manufacturing environment
· Experience leading and interacting with cross-functional teams
· Proven ability to design workable solutions and drive projects to successful implementation
· Strong verbal and written communication skills in both native and English language
· Proficient in Microsoft Office products: Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint and MS Project
· EU travel is required (up to 40%)


· Knowledge of at least one other EU language (French, German, Italian or Spanish advantageous)
· Experience in leading electric vehicle related projects where processes will need to be defined, implemented and iterated
