DESCRIPTION

The EU Sort Centers Team is seeking for a structured and methodical person with enthusiasm and experience in program management to join our EU Launch, Innovation & Tech Integration (LIT) PMO team in Luxembourg, which thrives in developing and implementing technological solutions to support our significant growth.

As a Program Manager in the LIT Tech Integration team, you will play a vital role in the Project Management Office (PMO) to set up agile project management methodologies and mechanisms for business requirements gathering, quantifying, prioritizing and tracking. You will be accountable for facilitating and developing together with the technical subject matters our innovation and tech integration roadmap. You will be responsible for developing new business models from scratch in a fast moving environment. You will guide our weekly, monthly and quarterly stakeholder communication and coordinate our annual tech intake process with global stakeholders.

You will also need good written and verbal communication skills. Knowing how to set up a structured and lean white paper/narrative is essential. Further, you require a proven ability to coordinate cross-functional projects.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

· A proven record of program/project & stakeholder management experience
· Self-starter who can work with limited supervision, organized and extremely structured, with a innovative attitude.
· Good technical, process and financial understanding, with ability to communicate clearly with both business and technical teams across geographies.
· Ability to supervise discussions with larger tech teams and different stakeholder groups.
· Ability to coordinate complex analysis, make data driven decisions and simplify complex topics for broader audiences in written and verbal form in fluent written and spoken English.
· Ability to complete methodically, set up structured templates from scratch, and to clearly communicate data insights to others.
· Motivated and driven with a solid desire and ability to deliver results despite constraints and issues
· Ability to work in a ever-growing environment with great ownership, good judgment and quick decision-making skills
· A Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Business, Information Technology, Mathematics, Economics, Natural Sciences, Engineering, Logistics or similar field and relevant work experience in a similar role.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

· A qualification in project, lean management and data science tools.
· A Masters degree
· Familiarity with field operations and supply chain management concepts - forecasting, planning, optimization, logistics - gained through work experience or graduate level education.
· Speaking another European language fluently
