Amazon is seeking an innovative and analytical Senior Program Manager as part of the Recruitment Programs & Services (RPS) Centre of Excellence team within EMEA Operations Talent Acquisition (TA).
The role is permanent full time position, based from either London or Luxembourg.

Key Responsibilities:
· End to end delivery of the new launch site recruitment / staffing , from a "program standpoint" not recruiting
· Program management involving dealing with multiple stakeholders and being the single source of accurate info on launches for the business launch teams and for recruiters (ops business, finance, business launch teams, startup and functional launch teams to name a few) to streamline the process of information collection, distribution to recruitment teams in a timely manner, setting up and regularly creating + reviewing the TA workback model,
· Maintain up to date launch reporting, handle on gap to target, root cause and path to green - regularly share status with recruiters and business.
· leading key related topics (Like PR, learning and onboarding, HRS and Comp and Ben related issues) that help reduce ambiguity and improve the information flow and effectiveness in the launch recruitment process for stakeholders within and outside of TA. Making sure recruiters are not blocked due to these functions to being ready with legal entitites/ contracts/ wages /lack of clarity on site announcements etc
· Maintaining a programmatic rhythm within the launch team- playbooks , documentation of meetings/ risks/ issues
· Assess pipeline risks , and process bottlenecks early (for example- shortage of interviews, rc capacity,) along with recommendations to address the future risks or process issues . These recommendations may be implemented by the launch team (ie start agencies as a channel, tigger erp campaign requires, ask for roadshows in FCs, restart the STAR program ask for short term assignments or away teams OR may be suggestions that are suggested and facilitated by launch team but owned by recruiters
· High degree of customer obsession and ownership towards expanding launch program support to new Ops business areas and new regions+ proactive contact with the business launch teams on future plans for growth, topology discussions and key business changes driving launch changes
· Contribute to the TA monthly and quarterly Rhythm of Business discussions and document creation


· Bachelors degree of equivalent
· Proven background within program and or project management
· Demonstrable record of delivery with experience in owning and executing strategic, cross-functional projects
· Experience in "building" and developing customer / candidate focused solutions
· Ability to "think big" and innovate within an ambiguous environment, whilst being comfortable "in the weeds" fixing problems and defining quick to deliver actions
· Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) with experience in reporting and managing up to an EMEA and global stakeholder audience
· Proven capability in analysing raw data via excel or wider tools


· Agile, Prince2 Practitioner, or other Process Improvement methodologies
· Additional European language
· Recruitment industry experience
