The Amazon Transportation team is looking for a talented, driven, and analytical Program Manager with demonstrated experience in problem solving, driving process improvement and development of scalable solutions.

The role part is of Network Execution team within Air cargo operations. The team defines, runs and scales Air network to support the customer, business stakeholders and EU Operations. The programs managed by the team include but are not limited to Scheduling, Planning, Forecast management, Topology optimization, Asset Utilization, Metrics generation, and other EU ATS programs.

We're looking for analytical and driven individuals who are self-starters and have driven projects with multiple stakeholders and can work across different programs. Additionally, the person must demonstrate ability to work autonomously with little direction as well as superior attention to detail.

· Bachelor degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, Mathematics, Economics or related fields
· Previous experience with large-scale project management with proven effective change management
· Data-driven; demonstrated ability to measure the impact of changes
· Flexible and adaptable; able to work in ambiguous situation
· Proven ability to influence without authority
· Belief in the value of participating in and contributing to a collaborative team environment
· Fluency in Microsoft Office: Excel, Word
· Good knowledge in SQL/Tableau and ability to work with large volumes of data
· Fluent in English (verbal & written)


· PMP certification preferred
· Basic knowledge of coding languages for scripting and data analytics (e.g. Python, R)
