We are looking for an accomplished and analytical Program Manager to join the Amazon Transportation Services Product team in the EU based in Luxembourg. The Program Manager will own 2 core functions: (1) Own the program management of EU Relay Carrier products and help plan and deliver these products, (2) Own analytics and drive insights and optimization for carrier products. The role is inherently cross-functional. You will have an opportunity to work with a group of talented product managers, program managers, business analysts, software developers, and business leaders to design the Amazon network of the future. You will work with variety of business functions such as Product, Program, Operations and Research Science.

To be successful in this role, you should be able to work in a dynamic environment, think big and be comfortable navigating complexity and ambiguity. You should have strong business and communication skills, be comfortable in analyzing data to provide data-driven recommendations, and be able to partner with stakeholders to define key business requirements. You will be expected to have a detailed understanding of our business and operations while never losing sight of the broader problems that we are trying to solve.

· Perform complex data analysis to identify opportunities to reduce costs as well as improve efficiencies
· Design, develop and establish KPIs to monitor analysis and provide strategic insights to drive feature prioritizations of products and performance of the program
· Develop standardized metrics to evaluate and benchmark success of the program and wherever applicable suggest and drive improvements to products.
· Program management of EU ATS R4C products
· Deliver projects from start to finish, including stakeholder management and communication of results, insights and recommendations
· Partner with other cross-functional teams to deliver complete solutions that support business needs
· Build and manage relationships with key stakeholders


· Bachelor's degree in Mathematics, Engineering, Economics or similar quantitative field
· 4+ years of experience in program management, product management or Consulting
· Excellent analytical and quantitative skills
· Excellent verbal and written communications skills
· Proficiency in MS Excel
· Experience in writing SQL queries
· Advanced knowledge in building visualizations in Tableau
· Demonstrated ability to juggle multiple priorities


· Masters Degree in Analytics, Supply Chain Engineering or related field
· Experience in supply chain, transportation planning
· Product management experience
· Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced deadline-oriented work environment
· Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel
· Knowledge in scripting with R and or Python
· Able to work in a diverse team
