This role is based in SYDNEY and is a 12 month fixed term contract, part time 2 days/week

What you'll do as a Programming Assistant:

The Programming Assistant will be responsible for providing administrative support to the Multichannels & Pay team including affiliate communications, programming support documentation and system edits associated with Nickelodeon, Nick Jr, MTV and Comedy Central NZ.

This role works closely with the Head of Multichannels & Pay, Program Planner and Program Schedule to ensure the success of the Pay TV channels.

Job functions will include things like:

  • Work with the programming team to create highlights, affiliate briefings and other key communications.
  • Support BAU requests for schedule information from the publicity, marketing, streaming and social teams.
  • Support the creation and maintenance of the stocklist for Comedy Central NZ and FTA. Flag expiring titles with the relevant team member.
  • Create and maintain competitive scheduling information.
  • Provide back up support for daily ratings, EPG and scheduling. (training will be provided)
  • Additional administrative support as required by the Head of Multichannels & Pay
