Are you passionate about helping people with sight loss to receive the services and practical support they need?

Do you have excellent communication skills and the ability to deliver a first-class service to our customers?

An opportunity has arisen to join our tax advice team in Liverpool. As a Project Assistant, you will provide advice and information to people affected by sight loss on tax and benefit entitlements and a range of services and practical support. A first point of contact for customers, you will identify their needs, providing support to achieve positive results.

You will have experience of providing advice to the public and be able to build rapport with all different kinds of people. You will also be self-motivated, organised and a confident communicator with a clear and friendly telephone manner.
