About the Role:
This role will see you involved in supporting an experienced team delivering a wide-ranging suite of people measurement and development projects. You will report to the project manager and support all aspects of running client projects to support the consulting team and the successful delivery of projects.

Key Accountabilities:
Internally, you will...
  • Support with development of project plans including defining projects' scope, deliverables timeframe, milestones, and more to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget
  • Track and coordinate updates with business development managers and lead consultants to confirm projectstatus, delivery timelines, and resource allocation
  • Communicate ongoing project statuses to stakeholders and collaborators
  • Coordinate and perform certain project tasks within relevant timeframes
  • Create, sort, utilise and actively monitor project documentation
  • Preparation of workshop documentations
  • Support in tracking Professional Services monthly revenue
  • Support the project manager in preparing for regular team meetings, including but not limited to the financial overview and analysis of data across projects
  • Provide support to in-company and bespoke training courses, including material collation and acting as a participant liaison when necessary
  • Support in editing and formatting consultant reports and other project-related materials
  • Perform administrative work, including but not limited to project logistics and travel arrangements for consultants and associates
  • Coordination of public training and maintaining stock of our public training course materials
  • Support consultants to organize Individual Assessments, including scheduling appointments with candidates, preparing materials, and related functions
Externally, you will
  • Represent SHL Talent Measurement Solutions effectively to clients as a coordinator when managing projects
  • Coordinate with external associates to effectively service our clients
Required Knowledge/Skills/Experience:
  • A bachelor's degree, preferably in a related field
  • Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills in both Mandarin and English
  • Fluency in Microsoft Office suite of programmes
  • Some knowledge of using different technology systems (e.g., Project Management software)
  • An ability to manage multiple concurrent deadlines in a timely fashion
  • A strong attention to detail
