The Factory Security Team is responsible for the Cyber Security of Operational Technology across the global factory estate and is recruiting for a Project Lead, reporting into Supply Chain. The Factory Security team covers OT deployed within factory sites including: automation and control systems, safety systems, engineering IT assets, factory and engineering data networks.

The successful candidate will work on the ongoing Factory Cyber Security Programme to add governance and standardisation to Cyber Security practices across Unilever's global factories and drive engagement and education of this with the Supply Chain community.

You will collaborate with the IT, Cyber Security, and Supply Chain personnel to drive the Factory Cyber Security programme. This will involve managing relationships with senior stakeholders in UniOps and Supply Chain.

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Schedule and facilitate regular meetings internally with the Factory CS Team and with wider stakeholders (in factories, wider Supply Chain, Information Security and UniOps).

  • Establish and maintain relationships with internal stakeholders across varying functions, including senior stakeholders.

  • Manage relationships with multiple third-party suppliers.

  • Develop Project Execution Plans and schedules.

  • Ensure projects are executed in adherence to schedule and budget.

  • Provide regular reporting and communications around status, risks and issues to varying functions, including senior stakeholders.

  • Create, organise and update relevant programme documentation.

  • Deliver training and education to Cyber Champions globally across factories, to drive awareness of Cyber Security responsibilities.

  • Communicate within the Core Factory Cyber Security team to ensure priorities, objectives and activities are aligned.

  • Build and manage communications roadmap to support the Factory Cyber Security programme rollout.

  • Create communications material to engage Factory Cyber Champions globally.

  • Act as the point of contact between the Core Factory Cyber Security team and the wider Factory Cyber Champions and Supply Chain communities.

  • Support delivery of an agreed portfolio of projects under the leadership of the Supply Chain, Cyber Security, and Global Programme Lead.

  • Work with various stakeholders to improve the skillset of the factory workforce.

  • Managing the programme risk register, ensuring timely escalations where necessary.

  • Ability to present information clearly, both written and verbal.

  • Ability to establish and maintain strong relationships with various stakeholders internally, including at senior level, as well as externally with suppliers.

  • Willingness to proactively acquire and learn the necessary knowledge and skills.

  • Ability to analyse problems, identify core issues and recommend appropriate solutions.

Desirable

  • Understanding around the cyber threat to industrial environments

  • Awareness of Supply Chain, Operational Technology and Factory Operations

  • Understanding of impact of cyber security in enterprise environment

  • Experience leading Cyber Security initiatives

  • Ability to network across Unilever’s various stakeholder groups – UniOps, Supply Chain, etc.
