Due to our continued success and growth plans we have a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Project Manager to join our Carrier Management team. This is a key role within a fast growing team of 4, reporting to Head of Carrier Management The role is responsible for delivery of all carrier related initiatives across our exciting strategic roadmap. This is a key opportunity to be fundamental to the growth the business whilst continuously ensuring that the change we deliver holds us true to our passion for customer centricity & operational efficiency. The individual will manage the full lifecycle of small & medium sized projects and works closely with key stakeholders in IT, Customer Care, Private Shopping, Compliance, DC teams & our carrier partners to deliver efficiently.

  • Represent the carrier agenda & supporting the prioritisation process for projects
  • Manage full E2E lifecycle projects
  • Use solid project methodologies to ensure projects are delivered efficiently through robust planning, RAID application, benefits management & reporting
  • Produce a repository of documentation from which standards are set, projects can be managed & lessons can be learnt
  • Working closely with IT teams to ensure that projects are on track
  • Engage appropriate stakeholders through the entirety of the project and gain their commitment throughout
  • Provide regularly progress reporting & follow set governance processes
  • Support the Head of Carrier management in identifying areas of service development and improvement and supporting in finding suitable delivery and returns solutions


  • Successful track record in managing projects within a fast paced B2C fulfilment operation
  • Ideal experience in carrier networks
  • Extensive knowledge of the end to end B2C eCommerce fulfilment process and be able to demonstrate flexibility in providing 'best fit' solutions to the business.
  • Ideal candidate will be able to show innovation and service development within a tech constrained environment
  • Show infinite enthusiasm for continuously improving how the business operates and what can be done to improve our customer experience
  • Demonstrate experience of working in a fast paced customer centric environment with a close attention to detail
  • Ideally experienced in working with international delivery and returns solutions and understanding differing requirements of a global customer
  • Understand what good looks like' in terms of project standards, and capable of planning and multi-tasking to complete concurrent projects
  • Confident decision maker with the ability to get stuff done
  • Can demonstrate strong communication skills (verbal and written) and liaise with a wide variety of stakeholders
  • Commercially driven with an appetite to drive service and process improvement
  • An aptitude to learning quickly through being inquisitive
  • Able to demonstrate agility & resilience within a rapidly changing landscape
  • Ability to develop strong working relationships and work in partnership with third parties. Experience of delivering high service level through a third party
  • Self aware and open to development opportunity
  • Ability to be flexible with work duties and hours as required by the team and business, and able to attend other sites for which travel may be required.
