We are looking for 2 exceptional candidates with project experience to join our Strategy and Transformation Team while we implement an exciting new department restructure.

You will play a part in supporting projects that will shape the direction of travel for the trust and the transformation of its services, including those relating to development of its strategy and annual planning processes. You will build on your experience by utilising your existing skills to support the Project Management Team.

The successful candidates will have the opportunity to work with a range of managers and clinicians across the organisation, so we are looking for applicants who are enthusiastic, have a positive attitude, lead by personal example and can demonstrate professional and personal behaviours that quickly earn the respect of all colleagues Trust wide.

You will also demonstrate excellent organisational, analytical and communication skills and demonstrate a commitment to continued self, team, service and organisational development.

Full time hours of 37.5hrs a week are being offered however consideration may be given to part time employees in the event that they fully meet the qualifications, experience and essential skills required to undertake the role.
