Key Responsibilities
• Ensure Timely communication with with Clients and AMs for upcoming DC's
• Maintain appropriate trackers
• Coupa system management:
• Raising T Number on Coupa System for creating Purchase Orders of SHL Associates.
• Editing Purchase Orders when required.
• Mapping and releasing receipts of Purchase Orders with the concerned Invoices
• Zoom links management:
• Procuring Invoices from Associates and ensuring that Invoices are submitted to SHL on time. Mentioning comments on received invoices. Submitting these processed invoices to finance team for their clearance and updating assessors about their clearance once done.
• To engage in initial discussions with the client SPOC post sign off of the Order form to formalize timelines, deliverables and expectation
• Create timeline charts and presentations to align all stakeholders
• To manage the pre-launch process with the client and internal stakeholders to set clear expectations
• To implement the launch in co-ordination with Execution teams, the Account Manager, Consultant and PMO
• To prepare presentations as required for better understanding of the client and the participants

Required Skills & Experience
• Admin expertise; Microsoft skills (especially MS XLS and ppt)
• Strong networking and communication skills and ability to handle pressure
• Strong insight into business processes with experience of carrying out process reviews through to successful practical roll out.
• Knowledge and experience of all methods of payment and the different payment channels for receiving customer payments.
• Availability across weekends for any emergency with respect to scheduling and / or travel
• Strong insight into business processes with experience of carrying out process reviews through to successful practical roll out.
• Strong Project Management Skills with knowledge of Project Management tools is an added advantage
• Swift and proactive tackling of client needs to ensure customer satisfaction
• Strong communication Skills
