Job Purpose:

Shl Talent Assessment Solutions help organization's assess, select and develop the right people for the right roles using proven, science-based assessments, technologies, consulting services and benchmark data.

The Professional Service Analyst will be responsible for supporting the delivery of consulting projects whilst striving for an excellent customer and candidate experience, and ensuring the overall Professional Services operations runs smoothly internally.

Key Accountabilities:
  • Support consultants' project delivery, typical tasks include data analysis of psychometric assessment data, writing business case, AC/DC design and support, etc.
  • Ensure in-project management, including resource coordination, progress tracking, completion signoff, etc.
  • Projects Coordination & Administration tasks involved for Projects Delivery, Training Program, as well as all the PS events with the teams in China
  • Data Management in Salesforce
  • Learn continuously and gradually move into client facing position
  • This role is at the entry level of a PS consultant career path

Required Knowledge/Skills/Experience:
  • Bachelor's degree with psychology, HR, data science, statistics, is preferred
  • Project administration experience in a client-service organization (ideally in a talent management and assessment environment);
  • Proven Ability to coordinate activities and execution of tasks with multiple departments
  • Familiar in planning and managing resources allocation
  • Strong Financial & Business Acumen
  • MS Office skills (Excel, Word and PowerPoint);
  • Easiness to adapt to different technology systems (experience with or SHL online testing solutions is a plus);
  • Excellent communication skills, written and oral in both Chinese & English

  • May travel on an exception basis
