Citizens Advice offers confidential advice online, over the phone, and in person, for free. Through our national network of charities, we give people the knowledge and the confidence they need to find their way forward – whoever they are, and whatever their problem.
We particularly welcome applications from disabled and Black, Asian and Minority Ethnic (BAME) candidates as BAME and disabled people are currently under-represented throughout Citizens Advice. We are a member of the race equality campaign at Business in the Community, the Prince’s responsible business network and are committed to improving employment opportunities for ethnic minorities across the UK. We also welcome applications from, LGB and Trans and non binary candidates.
We have made a positive commitment to employing disabled people and guarantee to interview all disabled candidates who meet the minimum essential criteria for the role as set out in role profiles.
We're recruiting for 2 part time fixed term or secondment quality assessor posts - a 0.5 FTE until 31 December 2020 and a 0.5 FTE until 31 March 2021. As a Quality Assessor, you’ll be vital in making sure people are receiving the high standards of advice we’re known for. As part of our quality team, you’ll help make sure the support and advice we provide is delivered to a high standard.
You’ll be assessing and analysing how we’re doing in terms of service quality, identifying any problems at a local Citizens Advice level. You’ll also be helping local Citizens Advice get to grips with new improvement ideas or ways of working and monitoring how these are doing, too.
You’ll not only provide insight through the data you collect, you’ll also have the chance to work with other colleagues across the organisation to get a better picture of how we’re doing.
