Quality Governance & Compliance Coordinator

We are looking to appoint a Quality Governance & Compliance Coordinator to work across both Peterborough City and Hinchingbrooke Hospitals. This is an excellent opportunity for a candidate with a background in governance, compliance or audit to take on a challenging new role within the Care Quality Division. We are looking for a highly motivated individual with a friendly and approachable manner who possesses excellent communication and negotiation skills to assist and support in driving forward the Trust's quality governance strategy.

The aim of this role is to support the delivery of the quality governance, compliance, mortality and quality agendas for North West Anglia NHS Foundation Trust (NWAFT).

The role involves leading, advising on, facilitating and supporting the completion of the clinical audit projects as outlined by the annual clinical audit programme including the provision of regular reports for monitoring local and national audit activities. The post holder will assist in producing appropriate SMART action plans following the completion of local and national audits to assist the divisions in demonstrating improvement of patient care.

The post holder is responsible for providing data and reports to various Trust level and Clinical Divisional committees and in providing assurance in high level quality reports that demonstrate the monitoring and compliance that provides assurance to all necessary internal and external monitoring bodies. The post holder will support the Deputy Quality Governance & Compliance Manager in developing processes as required to meet all aspects of quality governance and compliance requirements relevant to the quality governance and compliance agenda
