We are looking for a Quantity Surveyor to join our infrastructure services team on our project in Oxfordshire.

Working at Skanska as a Quantity Surveyor you'll provide commercial support on a Highways framework contract, working closely with the design, project management and operational teams.

You'll:
  • Managing control of cost, value, cash management, change and risk on a section or whole project.
  • Preparation, maintenance and agreement of Project accounts
  • Providing commercial and financial reporting information
  • Ensure compliance with Skanska standards and procedures in respect of Commercial activities
  • Subcontract procurement and management
  • Consultant procurement and management
  • Control of project documentation
  • Recording and management of change
  • Risk / Opportunity identification and management
  • Ad hoc duties as job required
We're looking for:
  • Working towards or recently attained qualification relevant to quantity surveying
  • Relevant CSCS card
  • Good command and communication of oral and written English
  • Skilled negotiator and communicator
  • Preferably prior Highway Maintenance and Civil Engineering experience
