Questionnaire & Qvidian Manager
Insurance and Wealth is an integral part of the Group in helping to deliver our vision of becoming the best bank for customers, and in playing a key role in Helping Britain Prosper by helping corporate and individual customers plan for their long-term protection, retirement and investment needs.
Our Insurance business is one of the largest in the UK. We have a strong heritage, helping approximately six million customers every day with their diverse and critical needs including life insurance, pensions, investments and general insurance (home, car, travel).
The Wealth business consists of two customer facing areas - UK Private Banking and Expatriate Banking - serving 345,000 customers. We aim to meet the banking and investment needs of our wealthier UK and International Retail customers. We can provide advice in a wide variety of areas, including investments, planning for retirement, protection and inheritance tax planning, as well as providing personal lending.
Here's what you'll be doing..
You'll be joining the Tenders Team which is a fast paced, deadline driven team who are responsible for building and responding to questionnaires, Request for Information (RFI), request to tender for new workplace pension business and assist with general new business enquires.
You'll be responsible for handling and responding to questionnaire requests from Employee Benefit Consultancies (EBCs), workplace pension intermediaries and existing corporate clients. You'll liaise with our partners proactively updating them on our propositions, capabilities and other key information updates from the business on a regular basis.
You will be required to work with a number of key stakeholders across the business including, Propositions, Risk and Group Transformation. By managing a number of relationships across the bank you'll support and update our databases on the latest improvements for our workplace pension customers. For major changes you'll update the Distribution client facing colleagues ensuring they are kept up to date on the Scottish Widows pension story.

You'll manage the Qvidian proposal system to ensure that all of the content within this software is up to date and compliant. By working with Qvidian you'll continually seek to improve how effectively we use this software to improve our efficiencies within the Tender Team.
You will be contributing to the success of the Scottish Widows workplace pension business by ensuring our partners are aware of the latest updates and by helping to maintain our panel position.
