Buckinghamshire Healthcare NHS Trust is embarking on an exciting journey as we launch a new project as part of the national Ageing well programme. We are seeking administrative support to work with our rapid response teams as they develop and deliver a new service into care homes and peoples own homes.

The administrator will be responsible for general office duties including taking referrals for the new service, liaising with care homes and GPs, organising the virtual ward round on a daily basis, updating the roster for the team, answering phone calls and supporting the ACHT and RRIC team as required. The administrator will have an very important role and must be well organised. The ideal candidate will be well spoken with clear and professional communication whether verbal or written, will be empathetic to clients needs and supportive of the team as they work across the county serving the patients of Buckinghamshire.

This position is for a fixed period until 31st March 2021 and is a full time position with a rotation between long days, early and late shifts covering the service from 8am to 8pm, 7 days a week.
