About the team

The Real Estate tax team sits within our Deals tax practice at our More London office. We advise the whole spectrum of UK and international clients seeking to invest in real estate, including private equity funds, sovereign wealth funds, high net worth individuals, REITS and other institutional investors.

Our work is a mixture of transaction driven advice, such as due diligence and structuring, as well as other advisory services and tax compliance. We have specialist teams advising on VAT, stamp taxes, capital allowances, business rates and transfer pricing.

We are proud of our strong client relationships, commitment to quality and our integrity. We are a large and growing team - we foster a strong team spirit and everyone has the opportunity for continued personal development and rapid career progression. We empower our people to drive their careers forward and take on additional responsibilities (both client facing and internal) at an early stage.
