Receptionist (Head and Neck Directorate)

The Royal Berkshire Hospital NHS Foundation Trust, Head and Neck Directorate is seeking a passionate, enthusiastic, reliable and hardworking individual to join our Reception teams.

Duties include welcoming patients in to the departments, preparing patient files for clinic appointments, being the first point of call for patients attending Clinic or Eye Casualty and arranging follow-up appointments for patients before they leave the department.

The ideal candidate will have strong customer service skills and be willing to multi-task under challenging and busy conditions.

This is a full time post for 37.5 hours per week.

PLEASE NOTE: The post will include working shifts between 8am and 8pm, weekend working and cover at other hospital sites including the Prince Charles Eye Unit in Windsor and Townlands Memorial Hospital in Henley.
