Reconciliation Reporting Associate at is actively looking for an enthusiastic and agile Reconciliation Reporting Associate to join our growing Finance Team in Singapore.

Working within our Finance Team with the responsibility for the reconciliation's domestic and international bank accounts and the translating of key data into functional reporting for management accounts.

The ideal candidate will be a driven, dedicated and highly organised individual, not shying away from high volume work. You must be a team player when it comes to getting the job done and assisting wherever you can.

About You
    • Hold a Degree in Economics, Accounting or equivalent with a strong academic record with 1+years of experience working in FinTech or Financial Services
    • Highly numerate, with strong analytical skills and ability to work through problems logically
    • Excellent knowledge of Excel
    • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; ability to communicate with all levels
    • Highly motivated and able to work towards tight deadlines on multiple projects in a fast-pace work environment
    • Knowledge of Card Schemes, Alternative Payment Methods or payment solutions would be an advantage but is not essential
    • Ability to adapt and work in changing environment
    • Comfortable working with large datasets
    • You have a proactive attitude towards processes, looking at ways to improve the end to end

What You Will Be Doing
    • Working closely with the Treasury Team to ensure the daily calculations are performed in a timely manner and according to the relevant regulatory requirements
    • Performing bank reconciliations daily for multiple bank accounts and across the APAC regions
    • Calculating daily safeguarding, debtors and creditor positions for the APAC entities and providing reporting to the Central Finance Team
    • Assisting in the global statutory audit process and other local regulatory reporting as required
    • Participate actively in project work and product development initiatives
    • Continually look at ways of building-up on processes, improving reconciliation robustness and introducing controls
    • Assisting with Month End processes
