We're looking for a Recruitment Coordinator in Royston.

A day in the life of a Recruitment Business Partner at Guidant Global includes:

Ensuring the smooth running of recruitment administration and payroll operations in order to assist the operational team to enhance the customer (Client, Candidate, Worker & Supplier) experience, whilst ensuring service excellence.

Some of your day to day responsibilities will be

  • Provide an excellent level of service by embracing Guidant values and guiding principles
  • Greet workers in a professional, warm and friendly manner, either by phone or face to face
  • Answer incoming calls and e-mails in a professional and responsive manner
  • Assist workers with the completion of any registration and pre-screening forms, and ensure all details obtained are recorded on the relevant VMS tool / database
  • Ensure candidate accesses and completes GDPR consent portal
  • Where required, arrange registration appointments and ensure all candidate requirements are met i.e. parking, security notified, etc.
  • Maintain a personal awareness of open vacancies and outstanding bookings available within account.
  • Be a point of contact for all our core customer (client, candidate, worker & supplier) queries
  • Implement, maintain and improve administrative systems to effectively support the management of the workforce
  • Manage daily administrative duties to ensure the smooth running of the office; such as, booking meeting rooms, scheduling visitor details, inbox management, etc.

We need a proactive and professional coordinator who can build relationships by naturally building rapport with our customers (team, candidates, workers and clients). You will need to be highly organised, reliable and have a good level of MS Office experience with experience of working in a busy administration or customer service environment
