We're looking for a Recruitment Manager to be based on-site in Bristol

A day in the life of a Recruitment Manager at Guidant Global includes…

Full management of a Bristol based (MSP) account, managing and motivating the onsite team as well as being directly responsible for managing, developing & growing customer (client, supplier, candidate & worker) relationships, and overseeing all aspects of operational management.

Some of your day to day responsibilities will be

  • To proactively build collaborative, strategic & productive business relationships within client account
  • Ensure that we partner with our clients to consistently deliver a 'high road' recruitment and worker engagement experience
  • To build and maintain cost effective relationships with third party suppliers, as needed, to meet service level commitments
  • Driving creative marketing approaches, in conjunction with the Guidant Global marketing team
  • To recruit, motivate and retain team members and ensure the team are trained and developed to support business requirements and individual potential
  • To actively manage the areas of budgetary responsibility through the monthly monitoring and analysis of the P&L against budget and forecast
  • To provide 1-1 coaching on the day to day operational aspects of recruitment. Where appropriate identify individual, team training & development needs and ensure the appropriate personal development plans are in place

What we're looking for

We are looking for an inspirational & influential manager with the drive to achieve. Someone with the ability to deliver tangible, measurable results through forward thinking people management. You will need a strong recruitment background in either outsourced or internal recruitment and ideally have team leading /management experience. You need to be highly organised, with excellent people skills and have a good level of MS Office experience.
