Are you an experienced Recruitment/Resourcing Manager within the insurance or financial services sector? If so I am working with a global insurance brand who are seeking a Recruiter to join the business, initially on a 6 month FTC. The position will sit alongside the talent management division managing the talent attraction across the firm, working on analysing the past and future recruitment strategies.
Acting as an internal advisor to the organisation you will have a very close relationship with the internal stakeholders. Whilst managing these leaders the role will also have an element of hands on and operational work, including managing offer processes for key new hires as well as coaching the management on best practice recruitment techniques.
There will also be a relationship with the L&D team including understanding and shaping the internal development offering and how this aligns with the recruitment process moving forward. Sitting as part of a wider team the role will handle all areas of hiring including corporate functions, front office and specialist areas in the business.
