Are you a Recruiter with a background in financial services or insurance, who has worked in a smaller environment and understands how to operate in both a strategic and hands on capacity? Then I think my client, a UK Insurance firm has a great opportunity for yourself. This business is seeking a Recruiter to handle circa 10-12 open requisitions, deliver a high touch service to the business and build key relationships across the organisation.
Beyond this the HR team is looking to set a talent acquisition strategy to drive a proactive attraction strategy, build out the employer brand and utilise an incoming HR System to offer a high quality service across the business. You will need to have experience working on multiple ATS 's and ideally have been involved to some degree on the design/implementation of recruitment modules for an HRIS. This will act as an advisor on designing and rolling out a targeted recruitment process and manage the internal stakeholders in a hands on manner.
Reporting into the Senior HR Manager this is a standalone position which will drive strategy and handle day to day roles across the business at a variety of levels. This will suit a low-ego and down to earth recruiter who enjoys handling day to day role sourcing and recruitment but can also engage with the business on strategic issues.
