Job Description:

The successful Recruitment Officer will be responsible for filling a high volume of vacancies, sourcing, shortlisting, interviewing. This position is a recruitment delivery role, with the requirement to complete compliance and proof checking and chasing.

Sourcing the highest caliber candidates, with a focus on the long term retention of candidates brought into Capita SA. Recruiting for a wide range of high-volume Customer Service based roles.

Confident and well versed in both telephone and face-to-face interview processes. Utilising our state of the art the in-house CRM system whilst keeping detailed records including all activity records.

Inbound/Outbound calls (Including candidate calls and dealing with all general application inquiries) Creating bespoke job adverts updating job boards and social media to ensure maximum candidate attraction.

Essential Requirements:
  • 6 Month - 1 years Demonstrable volume recruitment experience from either BPO industry or agency background required.
  • Excellent communication skills and outstanding interpersonal skills.
  • Able to multi-task and build Strong relationships with internal stakeholders.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft applications, such as Word and Excel.
  • Able to work in a fast paced and vibrant environment, whilst keeping a focus on the detail.
  • Clear ITC and Criminal Record

Management/SupervisoryResponsibility:

This role does not have a supervisory responsibility.
