As Recruitment Program Manager - Launches, you will be responsible for the internal application and transfer processes for all new Customer Fulfillment buildings in the EU. You will manage the workload of internal transfers team and ensure process is being followed. From Day 1 you will identify opportunities for efficiencies and build mechanisms that enable the team to scale. You will remove friction from the hiring process and implement changes that drive candidate engagement.

You must be comfortable working in a fast paced, ever changing environment and effectively build change management strategies into the launches you support. You must leverage your management and leadership capabilities to identify and manage risks, resolve issues so that the launches are delivered on schedule. You will create a culture of continuous improvement with each launch.


You must have:
· A completed Bachelor's Degree.
· Experience in managing multiple projects simultaneously.
· Demonstrable experience in project management or building launches.
· Experience identifying and resolving issues independently, will take initiative even under unfamiliar or ambiguous circumstances.
· Ability to develop and implement planning processes and procedures across geographically distributed teams.
· Experience leading calls with senior stakeholders and demonstrating backbone as required.
· Experience with associate engagement and communication.


· Self-motivated and productive in a highly ambiguous environment.
· Experience working in environments with limited process structure and building effective practices.
· Passion and enthusiasm for customer experience, technology, and Amazon's vision.
· Comfort learning new tools and technology concepts quickly.
· Familiar with Project management practices.
· Experience working in an international tech company.
