We're looking for a Recruitment Support Administrator in Central Luton

A day in the life of a Recruitment Support Administrator at Guidant Global includes…

Providing administrative support to ensure the smooth running of recruitment administration operations in order to assist the on-boarding team to enhance the customer (Client and Candidate) experience, whilst ensuring service excellence.

Some of your day to day responsibilities will be

  • Answer incoming calls and e-mails in a professional and responsive manner
  • Assist candidates with the completion of any compliance, pre-employment forms, and ensure all details obtained are recorded on the relevant database
  • Be a point of contact for all our core customer (client, candidate,) queries
  • Maintain administrative systems to effectively support the management of the workforce
  • Manage daily administrative duties to ensure the smooth running of the office; such inbox management, answering calls, post etc.

What we're looking for

We need a proactive and professional administrator who can build relationships by naturally building rapport with our customers (team, candidates, and clients). You will need to be highly organised, reliable and have a good level of MS Office experience with experience of working in a busy administration or customer service environment.
