Senior Director, Treasury at

Due to rapid expansion in the APAC region, is actively looking for a driven and upbeat Senior Director to support in leading and growing the Treasury team in our Singapore office.

The ideal candidate will be well organised, adaptable to the changing demands of the role, and capable of independently working toward specific goals!

What you will be doing:
    • Provide strategy, direction and oversight for all Treasury activities across APAC within the Group framework
    • Act as the senior contact and escalation point for senior management and regional partners In the APAC region
    • Lead a team of up to 10 people initially
    • Lead all aspects of regional Treasury movements within the company's acquiring network
    • Manage and forecast settlements, pay-outs and daily cash flow positions
    • Devise solutions, ideas for process Improvement and optimisation for Treasury, key stakeholders and clients
    • Utilise a range of corporate banking & FinTech partners to continually optimise regional balances, liquidity and funds available for investment, Including looking after Investment and P&L opportunities
    • Work closely with the FP&A function to plan ongoing operational & capital investment requirements
    • Oversee multi-currency processing, settlement and payout activities, utilising a range of partners and solutions for optimal FX trading and execution
    • Manage hedging to mitigate financial risks and foreign exchange positions
    • Maintain regional and local banking relationships, in partnership with the Group Treasury Bank Partnership Relationship Management function
    • Be responsible for and manage Treasury reporting as part of ongoing MIS
    • Manage investment of excess liquidity utilising the asset management functions of partner banks

About you:
    • 10+ years track record leading large and sophisticated Treasury movements in an international setup
    • Experience working with senior management, clients and a multitude of partners
    • Experience in Payments (Acquiring / Issuing) desirable but not required
    • Experience utilising BI reporting tools (Looker/Power BI/Tableau etc) is desirable
    • Mastery of financial modelling and analytics
    • Highly analytical, strategic thinker with strong judgement and foresight
    • Experience supervising controls and mitigating operational and financial risk
