The opportunity

To support the delivery by taking responsibility for the quality and standards of FM services and in a portfolio of retail stores/countries within the EMEA region for a major international retail client.

Your responsibilities will include:
  • Ensuring vendor management of technical and cleaning services.
  • Managing and monitoring vendor performance in line with agreed SLAs/KPIs.
  • Maintaining the quality and standards of FM delivery via an agreed audit process.
  • Carrying out 3 audits a year to the stores in the defined 'Key Cities'.
  • Supporting the delivery of FM services with site/vendor visits when required.
  • Visiting stores where critical issues are disrupting business continuity.
  • Troubleshooting and resolving service delivery issues when they arise.
  • Taking ownership and action to support service co-ordinators' escalations.
  • Leading and supporting new store openings from pre-construction hand over.
  • Taking responsibility for store refits and store closures.
  • Attending final hand over meetings for new and refurbished stores.
  • Maintaining helpdesk, asset registers, Shared Drive and O&Ms to reflect all stores and refurb activity.
  • Compiling reports with supporting data for key decisions for client review.
  • Keeping asset registers updated and highlight asset risks and opportunities.
  • Identifying best practises across stores and vendors and present these back to the client and work on the implementation process
  • Training and coaching of co-ordinators
  • Ensuring reginal management processes and procedures are documented and kept up to date.
About you

You have a higher national diploma or an A-level qualification. You hold a recognised qualification in FM or Health, Safety & Environment such as IOSH Managing safely or NEBOSH. You will have experience managing supply chains and small/medium projects delivering planned and reactive maintenance in Europe. You will have project management skills and commercial acumen.
