The Role

As a member of our Relief Care and Support team you'll be integral to helping our customers to be independent. Working with a variety of people you will be motivated by seeing them develop as you work with them. You'll be an empathetic individual with a natural flair in building relationships with all age groups and helping to develop their life and social skills.

About You

Our ideal candidate will possess a passion for working in the supported living sector or be willing to learn and will appreciate the importance of providing excellent care for our customers. We are looking for a number of Relief Support Workers to join us who will go that extra mile whilst working as part of our team. If you are confident, reliable and interested in supporting people to live independently then you can play an instrumental part of this great team.

As a Relief Support Worker you will:
  • Be willing to provide a first class service to our customers.
  • Have experience of working with young or vulnerable adults.
  • Be flexible to work a variety of shift patterns during these hours including some evening, weekend and bank holiday work.
  • Hold a current NVQ level 2 in Care or equivalent (desirable).
  • Be confident, reliable and interested in supporting people to live independently.
  • Be able to establish positive relationships and a good team player.
  • Demonstrate empathy, patience, humour and a 'can do' attitude.

Vetting Requirements

The important things - Naturally working with our customers we need to complete pre-employment checks before you join us. A DBS will be required to work with our customers along with Right to Work checks before you start.
