Publicis Sport & Entertainment (PSE) are specialists in media and consumer research. We manage projects on behalf of sponsors, sports federations and rights holders, measuring the impact and value of sponsored properties, tracking brand/event health and consulting on the most appropriate sponsorship opportunities for brands to embark on.

As a Research Executive in PSE's Consumer Research division, you will work alongside other members of the team in the setting up and reporting of multi-market studies centring around the upcoming Olympic Games. Your focus will be on delivering top quality, accurate and insightful findings that will be actioned by one of the world's biggest sports organisations.

You will need to have a minimum of 2 years' experience in consumer/market research, covering the specific processes involved in delivering international quantitative research against tight deadlines.

We are looking for a Research Executive who will be able to demonstrate an ability to plan, prioritise and execute research processes both independently and with others. A thorough and diligent approach to your work, and an eye for detail for all elements of the research process, are essential.

Immaculate client service is the cornerstone of PSE's business, which means you need to be a really good communicator and be continuously striving to develop trusted relationships with clients, as well as with third party suppliers.

You need to be an enthusiastic team player who is able to work and liaise with seniors, juniors, suppliers and clients, to deliver the best for our clients.

A keen interest and knowledge of sport is desirable.

Job Description

  • Design simple surveys with minimal guidance from others, and provide valid input for more complex questionnaires.
  • Working alongside, and with basic guidance from, other members of the consumer team:
  • manage and perform careful checks on multiple online survey scripts and translations
  • processing of raw data and thorough review of Excel data tables
  • accurate creation of PPT reports
  • Based on set timelines, monitor and continuously manage progress and suggest appropriate actions to ensure the deadlines are met.
  • Work with other team members to analyse and interpret data, ensuring the key insights and stories are drawn out.
  • Work with other team members to produce PPT reports and dashboards, which accurately report results and deliver actionable insights to clients in a clear and impactful manner.
  • You will be continuously looking to keep up-to-date on new technologies and find efficiencies to improve the speed and quality of projects.
