Vacancies have arisen for 2 x Resource Centre Coordinators based in Cwmbran.

We are looking for enthusiastic, highly motivated individuals to join our pro-active and growing team.

The team currently resources for EMS, NEPTS and CCC staff.
The post holders' primary responsibility will be to coordinate and maintain the relevant Rostering system for the production of staff rosters and performance/management information - covering Annual Leave, Training and Sickness. The Resource Coordinator will provide administration and clerical support to the Resource Centre Supervisor, the Central Resource Unit and, as required to the Management Team within the designated Operational area.

The successful candidates will have a minimum of English & Mathematics GCSE at Grade C or above or equivalent qualifications and the relevant IT/Administration qualification (Level 2 or above).

There is a need for excellent communication skills due to the volume and nature of calls received within the department. Sufficient experience of supervising staff within an administration or operational environment is required together with excellent knowledge of 'Windows' based software packages including Word, Outlook and Excel.
An in depth knowledge of Rostering systems is also desired.

The post holder will be expected to work on a rotational basis covering some unsocial hours, this includes early, late and mid shifts as well as weekend and Bank Holiday working.

The ability to speak Welsh is desirable for this post; Welsh and/or English speakers are equally welcome to apply.
