About the Resourcing Team

Resource Management (RM) at PwC provides the right people for the right jobs, at the right time, in the right places - building client teams with a commercial mindset to deliver quality solutions. We work collaboratively with the Business to deliver deployment solutions as well as play a key role in the delivery of our people priorities including Fair Work Access, Diversity & Inclusion, Talent Development, Engagement and providing Career Development Opportunities for our people.

It's an exciting time to be in Resource Management as transformation is starting to shape the workforce of the future with us playing a pivotal role to drive this forward.

Supporting the CMAS team

The Resource Manager role sits in the Capital Markets, Accounting Advisory and Structuring Services (CMAS) business unit within the Risk line of service.

CMAS supports our clients through moments of exceptional change. Whether that is through growth; capital and debt raising; divestitures, stress, and change. We help clients find solutions for their capital markets, accounting & reporting and treasury & commodity related issues. It's a great place to work for those who are looking for an exciting new challenge in PwC and who enjoy working with varied and interesting clients both in transactions and in managing certain aspects of their key risks.

No two projects are alike within CMAS, but they offer the opportunity to work with interesting clients on iconic transactions or important client issues that are key to PwC.

In CMAS, we work with our clients on IPOs; Mergers & Acquisitions; Divestments; Debt raising; Corporate Structuring; Technical Accounting and implementation of new accounting standards, and increasingly with Digital Finance Transformation & Enhancement activities. We also advise clients on all aspects of their Treasury and Commodity activities, from risk strategies and policies, accounting, controls and processes through Operating Model to the use of technology to effect change. Our clients are both audit and non-audit clients based both in the UK and overseas.
