Retail Operations Team Leader (Peterborough)
RNIB Retail offers a range of products that support blind and partially sighted people to live confindently and independently, including canes, clocks and watches, kitchen equipment, braille resources, reading devices and educational equipment. Our products are available through our Online Shop, Helpline and Resource Centres and external channels include Amazon and Local Societies.
We're recruiting an Operations Team Leader to lead the daily retail operations to ensure excellent service delivery to blind and partially sighted customers through our omni-channel approach. To support the team in growing the service and our community reach by providing onboarding, sales and promotional support and handling customer contact as necessary.
You'll be proactive and self-motivated with the ability to manage a fast-paced workload while ensuring attention to detail. Based in Peterborough, the post will involve some travelling to other locations throughout the UK.
