The safeguarding team currently has an exciting job opportunity for a highly motivated and enthusiastic safeguarding coordinator / administrator (Band 4) to come and join us.

The role includes coordinating various activities and providing administrative support to the safeguarding team for the delivery of the diverse safeguarding agenda across the CCG and Primary Care in Wiltshire

If you are:

Motivated and hard working with a mature outlook, a good sense of humour and a great team worker.

Able to demonstrate an ability to cope with exposure to highly sensitive and potentially distressing information about child and adult abuse.

Skilled at liaising with multi-disciplinary teams, internal departments and external agencies to co-ordinate activities and ensure effective communication and information sharing.

And you have:

Excellent communication skills with an ability to co-ordinate and manage competing priorities, good organisational skills, time management and a solid understanding of Microsoft Office packages.

Experience of working in a coordinator / administrative role.

Demonstrated within your application an understanding of what keeping vulnerable children, young people and adults safe means.

The role currently will involve working from home due to Covid restrictions; however, there is an expectation in the future that this might change as we are now an agile workforce.
