Reporting to the Sales Manager you will be working as part of the Growth and Development team to support Onward's increasing programme of sales, including shared ownership and Rent to Buy homes. You will be responsible for delivering great customer service and responding to incoming enquiries, updating databases and delivering sales/lettings progression.
You will maintain and update marketing, customer and sales databases and ensure key documents are stored electronically so as to enable easy reporting and compliance. You will support the team with promotional campaigns via emails, telephone calls and attendance at open days.
You will liaise with Help to Buy Agents and administer applications and advise whether they meet relevant criteria. You will administer property reservations and assist customers through the purchase process, proactively engaging with solicitors, agents, customers and lenders.
In order to be successful you should have demonstrable experience of delivering excellent customer service, have ICT skills, experience of property sales and/or market lettings and the ability to cultivate productive relationships with colleagues and partners.
