Sales Operation Assistant
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a highly capable Sales Operations Assistant to join the Carnival UK London team. The role is based at the Carnival UK London office and is paying a competitive salary plus benefits huge discounts on our cruises and more.
To provide secretarial and administrative support to the different departments at the Carnival UK London office.
Managing phone calls and written correspondence.
Meeting and greeting guests.
Booking meeting rooms and ordering catering where required.
Dealing with post and couriers.
Managing arrangements for overseas visitors (transfers, hotel bookings)
Act as facilities representative in reporting faults within the building.
Storage and Archive Management.
Order office and catering supplies.
Invoice processing and vendor set-up.
Organising travel (flights, hotels, transfers etc.)
You will have previous experince working within an Adminitrative or PA role with a strong knowledge of Microsoft Work and Excel with excellent writtena and verbal skills.
Be positive, enthusiastic with a ‘can-do’ attitude.
Be able work proactively in a timely manner, while producing quality outputs.
Be organised – have excellent planning and prioritising abilities in order to consistently deliver reliable results.
Be guest obsessed – always strive to provide the best customer experience during internal or external interactions.
Express themselves easily and clearly at all levels of communications.
Be energised by working in a team.
This role is levelled at a CUK14.
