We are looking for a London based Sales Operations Program Manager to join our Amazon Freight Europe team. This role will have the unique opportunity of working closely with Sales and Ops leaders in shaping our sales processes and supporting CRM tools. This will involve coordinating the Salesforce roadmap on behalf of the Amazon Freight Europe team to support the short and long-term strategic needs of the team. This person will also function as primary contact for Salesforce end users in the Amazon Freight Europe team.

The ideal candidate will be passionate about owning and optimizing process improvements for long-term growth. They will be a solid collaborator and communicator, have a strong bias for action, be good at ambiguity and thrive in a changing and fast growing environment.

Key responsibilities of the role include:
· Develop simple and scalable solutions to Sales Operations problems
· Drive process adoption with clear and concise communication to stakeholders
· Partner with stakeholders to identify and define business requirements and subsequently initiate and prioritise Salesforce enhancements
· Provide input to and communicate overall Salesforce strategy to key stakeholders
· Be main point of contact of Amazon Freight Europe team on all Salesforce related matters, including end-user questions and incidents
· Own onboarding and on-going training for Salesforce end-users
· Coordinate the strategy of our customer data set - auditing quality and owning enhancement initiatives
· Assist in lead scoring and team assignment processes
· Own Salesforce data related reporting - designing and building key dashboards and subsequently coming up with process and data improvement recommendations


· Completed Bachelors Degree · 2+ years of relevant hands-on Salesforce configuration experience
· Strong analitical thinking, communication, and process improvement skills
· Ability to collaborate with and influence others
· Demonstrated experience developing and improving operational processes to improve business efficiencies
· Solid knowledge of Excel (pivot tables, Vlookups)


· Salesforce Administrator certification or equivalent experience
· Experience with Salesforce change management
· Experience working with large-scale, complex datasets
· Experience using Salesforce data tools such as Data Loader or Data Import Wizard
· Exposure to iterative/agile projects and with standardized development and promotion processes (staging environment vs. production).
