SCA Account Manager

Ricoh are looking to expand our Strategic Corporate Accounts team and have openings in the North of England for an SCA Account Manager. This role is an opportunity for you to have a real impact on our clients and prospect businesses helping shape and transform their future through the use of Print and IT.
The role is both a challenging and rewarding. You will expand opportunities within both existing accounts and new accounts by selling Ricoh Services lines including Management Document Solutions, Production Printing, Communication Services, Application Services, Infrastructure Services, Workplace Services, Business Process Outsourcing, Cloud based technology and I.T Managed Services.
What you will be doing
• Offer strategic insight regarding customer business, bringing fresh ideas and helping them think differently • Diagnose and help to solve customer problems and meet their challenges • Reduce complexity and risk by helping customers make viable purchasing decisions • Drive sales and margins as well as deliver true customer value at every level • Safeguard premium pricing through well-designed sales solutions • Measure customer success rates by determining the right metrics to identify strong return on investment.
• Offer outstanding relationship management with strategic partners and stakeholders through effective customer delivery and after sales.
You will ideally have
With significant experience in a relevant B2B or corporate sales environment, we need a well-motivated professional with the following qualities:
• Evidence and track record of an end-to-end sales process and ability to identify and engage with multiple key stakeholders • In-depth knowledge (or desire to develop existing knowledge) across Ricoh’s Propositions including Print, IT Services and/or Digital Services/Business Transformation • Effective communication (written & verbal) along with qualitative presentation, questioning and listening skills • Inspire trust and confidence, with the gravitas to quickly impress customers and initiate high level debate • Able to consider and deal with complex issues from a different perspective • Understand the customer’s business, its economic drivers and customer value drivers • Impart knowledge and share view points which may sometimes be controversial but often thought provoking • Assertive and persuasive, but not ‘pushy’ around customer decision-making and pricing.
