As a Scheme Assistant you will help to improve the lives of our customers by assisting in the management of our Sheltered Housing schemed in Kings Lynn.
Your work is vital, this will include compliance testing on site, monitoring standards of scheme-based services such as grounds maintenance and general repairs and providing welfare checks for our customers. You will liaise with the Service Manager and appropriate contractors to ensure the two services run well.
You’ll be a key person for our residents so if you enjoy building relations with people, talking through their concerns and looking for resolutions this would be a great opportunity for you.
As our ideal candidate you will possess a passion for working with our residents and will appreciate the importance of providing great customer service. We are looking for a Scheme Assistant with a strong customer focus who will go that extra mile. In order to deliver service excellence, you must demonstrate empathy, patience, humour and a ‘can do’ attitude.
As a Scheme Assistant you will ideally be:
- Professional and friendly personality with a commitment to providing excellent customer care.
- Have an ability to support residents’ needs and expectations.
- Demonstrate excellent communication and administration skills.
- Able to support the Service Manager and work additional hours when required.
- Be a brand champion and live Longhurst Group’s vision of 'Improving Lives' and our values.
