We are looking for a professional and caring person to manage Church view in Lincoln. We could be looking for you, someone with experience of overseeing the welfare others and looking for a part time role.

The Role

As a Scheme Manager you will:

  • Manage the day-to-day service delivery of retirement properties ensuring the smooth running of the service is guaranteed.
  • Oversee the welfare of our residents that will enable our residents to live independently; ultimately making a positive difference and improving lives.
  • Take on the management of service delivery, with particular attention to housing management and maintenance issues.
  • Actively support the promotion of property sales, whilst also informing the Central Control and Sales Team of any relevant changes to resident’s circumstances

About You

Our ideal candidate will possess a passion for working with our residents and will appreciate the importance of providing great customer service. We are looking for a Scheme Manager with a strong customer focus who will go that extra mile. In order to deliver service excellence, you must demonstrate empathy, patience, humour and a ‘can do’ attitude.

As a Scheme Manager you must:


  • A professional and friendly personality with a commitment to providing excellent customer care.
  • The ability to support residents’ needs and expectations.
  • Excellent communication and administration skills.
  • A willingness to work additional hours when required.
  • A UK driving licence and own your own vehicle.
