The Muston Gardens community was established and funded as a Christian Community in 2004 by Knighton Free Church which is a majority shareholder and is acting through Knighton Evangelical Care Ltd as Landlords. Longhurst Group act as the appointed managing agent in the delivery of services to the residents of Muston Gardens on behalf of the Landlord.

As a Scheme Manager, reporting to the Leasehold Service Manager and you will:
- Manage the scheme in an efficient and effective manner, ensuring that a safe, secure, well-kept and pleasant environment is maintained.
- Oversee the welfare of our residents that will enable our residents to live independently; ultimately making a positive difference and improving lives and provide a calm and attentive response in the event of an emergency.
- Take on the management of service delivery, with particular attention to housing management and maintenance issues.
- To foster the development of a tight knit community spirit through the facilitation of regular social events and activities
- To promote good communication between residents and their families, Longhurst Group and our approved service providers and with the landlords of the development Knighton Evangelical Care Ltd.
Our ideal candidate will possess a passion for working with our residents and will appreciate the importance of providing great customer service. We are looking for a Scheme Manager with a strong customer focus who will go that extra mile. In order to deliver service excellence, you must demonstrate empathy, patience, humour and a ‘can do’ attitude.
As a Scheme Manager you must:
- Have a professional and friendly personality with a commitment to providing excellent customer care.
- Have the ability to support residents’ needs and expectations.
- Demonstrate excellent communication and administration skills.
- Be willing to work additional hours when required.
- Hold a UK driving licence and own your own vehicle.
