We are looking for a Highways Schemes Supervisor to join our infrastructure services team on our Cambridgeshire Highways contract in Huntingdon.

Working at Skanska as Schemes Supervisor you'll supervise highway schemes and ensure each scheme is delivered meeting health and safety, quality and environmental standards.

You'll:

  • Be responsible for supervision of individual highway schemes
  • Ensure client expectations of individual schemes are achieved
  • Ensure all scheme tasks are programmed, planned, supervised and executed in accordance with specifications, drawings, dimensions and within agreed commercial limits
  • Be responsible for the direct supervision of both self-delivery and supply chain delivered schemes
  • Ensure all scheme tasks are carried out in accordance with Skanska processes and policies
  • Ensure sufficient resource is available for each stage of the scheme
  • Be responsible for the onsite Health, Safety and Wellbeing of operational staff and ensure the works adhere with Environmental processes
  • Build a strong relationship with the client.

We're looking for:

  • Relevant CSCS card
  • Experience in highways maintenance scheme delivery
  • Knowledge of New Roads and Streetworks Act
  • SMSTS
