Job Description

Proctor & Gamble, one of Starcom's biggest and most iconic accounts, are devoted to driving innovation across all media platforms. The portfolio reaches across all brands and markets in Europe, with PPC and SEO both in scope, run by an integrated 'One Search' hub based in London. London based team is focused on senior stakeholder management, performance consultancy and revenue development, whilst day to day delivery and local P&G at a market level is managed by our Centre Of Excellence in India.

This role focuses on managing the team, operations and client servicing across Search (SEO, PPC & Social) for Europe. The successful candidate will be organized and have strong project management skills. We are looking for someone with a genuine passion for delivering excellent solutions at scale, who can work with complexity in workflow models and client/team set up.

Reporting to the Head of Search, you will be responsible for 3 core areas: Team, Client Service & Operations.
  • Accountable for overseeing client service delivery across the portfolio, understanding client satisfaction levels, identifying where intervention is needed and leading the team to implement the required changes
  • Accountable for overseeing the team - ensuring morale is kept high, communications are clear and regular on central/group impacts and that the team are working as one integrated unit
  • Ensure all new clients are on-boarded smoothly, and record keeping/finance set up done properly
  • Ensure your team is adhering to all processes within the department and where new processes need to be developed to ensure greater account efficiency - identify improvements and work with colleagues to implement
  • Lead implementation of training & development roadmap, ensuring team completion and adaptation of the roadmap to ensure longevity & relevancy
  • Accountable & full ownership of supplier relationships - ensuring strength of relationship, quality of T&L/optimization roadmap and actionability of recommendations
  • Main lead for connection of London to India operations, leading weekly connects with senior India delivery team, ensuring feedback is passed (both ways) and any issues flagged and solutions put in place
  • Full accountability for ensuring stewardship and compliance of the finance process, working with the India team to ensure on time completion with zero error. First poc for any finance resolution

Qualifications

  • A search background (PPC or SEO)
  • Extensive experience of managing large teams & clients at a senior level
  • Strong presentation and storytelling skills
  • Proven record of driving value for clients and a strong demonstration of commercial understanding
  • Proactive, solution oriented mindset
