We are recruiting for a Security Supervisor who shares our ambition and vision to deliver the Best of Care by the Best of People and has the drive to take us forward, by ensuring that the Trust continues to be the first choice for patients and our staff.

The post holder will work as part of the Medway Maritime Hospital security team, directly supervise the team of security officers and support officers and providing a high profile, visible uniformed presence to the general public and the hospital's patients and staff thereby providing positive reassurance to all persons.

The Security Supervisor will assist in developing and delivering a high-quality responsive and cost-effective service in line with the requirements of key stakeholders, the Trust strategic direction, and the directorate annual service plan, including progressing, reporting and managing risks and issues.

In addition, you will enforce all policies and procedures of the Medway Maritime Hospital, including smoke-free duties and carry out patrols and provide escorts as requested.
