Role Overview - Account Manager

It's an exciting time at SHL India as we continue to expand our business not just across India but globally as well. We are revolutionizing the way businesses use assessments to make the right talent decisions and drive people performance.

This position is to work in the Commercial team based out of our Mumbai office which is a key region for SHL India. As a key team-member at SHL, you will be resposible for a role responsible for direct client contract value retention, growth through contract expansion, by introducing new products and services and through net new account growth. You will work closely with the with the Marketing, Commercial Operations, Professional Services (Consulting) and Project Management teams across India to win and deliver client projects. You will be expected to be highly independent and proactive in identifying and implementing positive change & improvements in the lifecycle of SHL clients, aligned to our vision. Given the nature of our business, you will actively participate in and contribute to internal discussions and debates regarding challenges and strategies in the India business market by keeping an eye on the competition activities and market/client demands.

Responsibilities:

The primary responsibilities will involve account management with outcome of increased customer satisfaction and increase in retention and account growth. In addition to managing & growing existing SHL cliet relationships, you will also be involved in acquiring new customers to achieve the growth target.

  • Knowledge and experience in the HR services/ consulting domain
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Confidence in interacting with senior level executives (HR Heads, Talent Management & Talent Acquisition Heads)
  • Proactive approach to scan and capture market share by reaching out to prospective clients
  • Collaboratively working with internal teams and manouvering discussions to win client deals
  • Delivering consistent and outstanding results and raising the performance bar for those around you
